Reachout Centre Trust programs are specifically designed to assist individuals transition back into society by providing services such as education, job training, counseling, and community integration. The goal is to improve individual and community well-being by promoting social and economic stability.
In order to maintain sobriety, people who have been struggling with drugs and substance use dependency are assisted through alternative set of recovery support program such as outpatient aftercare or residential treatment support programs.
These programs provide recovering drug users with the skills they need to face the challenges that await them when they return to their community following a drug treatment or rehabilitation program.
Outpatient aftercare programs provide ongoing support, counseling, and group therapy sessions, whereas residential treatment support programs offer a supportive living environment as well as structured group therapy sessions and life skills development.

At the Reachout Half-way House Centre located 1.8 kilometers from Likoni ferry channel mainland south. It is a two months reintegration program for recovering drug users back to the community, are covering drug user is enrolled into the Halfway house after completing the 4 months rehabilitation program. The recovery support reintegration program builds among other things, the needed support for the recovering drug users by also bringing on board the family through family therapy sessions.
