Reachout Centre Trust rehabilitation is located in Likoni about 30m off the Kona Mpya junction across the Likoni channel from Mombasa Island to the South Coast, taking the left in-route just opposite the turnoff to Mtongwe.
At Reachout Centre Trust, we make the transition from detox to residential substance abuse treatment an easy one. When you’re feeling better, you’ll move out of detox and begin participating in our inpatient/residential rehab program, which involves full, structured days of addiction treatment programming.

Inpatient Rehab – Residential treatment Centre where one stays in the facility 24/7. Inpatient/residential rehab is advantageous to many since it provides both a supportive network of peers.
The clients undergo an individualized treatment plan throughout their stay at the facility. This is tailored to their specific needs. Each one is assigned to a counselor.
With time they are integrated into the daily rehab activities as per the therapeutic community model we use in our treatment.
Addiction recovery relevant education is given through the classes offered throughout the week. Entertainment and recreation are also factored in as it’s a crucial part of treatment.
The length of stay in an inpatient program at Reachout Centre Trust can vary according to your treatment needs, your support system, and many other factors. You may wish to complete a short-term addiction treatment program or stay for more than a month-long drug and alcohol rehab program.
While we do not require patients to stay in addiction treatment for a full 90-day rehab program we do offer a 90-brand promise for individuals who choose to complete 3 consecutive months of treatment at the level of rehab care directed by your treatment team.

It is a two-monthly reintegration program for recovering drug users back to the community, a recovering drug user is enrolled into the Halfway house after completing the 4 monthly rehabilitation program. The recovery support reintegration program builds among other things, the needed support for the recovering drug users by also bringing on board the family through family therapy sessions.
The program, therefore, comprises of the following;

As part of ongoing recovery, various outlets of aftercare provide individuals with long-term support and continued relapse prevention opportunities.

In order to maintain sobriety, people who have been struggling with drugs and substance use dependency are assisted through an alternative set of recovery support programs including an out-patient aftercare program that empowers recovering drug users with skills to handle the challenges they would face as they go back to the community upon completion of drug treatment/rehabilitation program.
Prior to the completion of an addiction treatment program, the patient will meet with counselors to discuss a plan for aftercare.
Family intervention and participation are conducted on a monthly basis to provide support to families through a family therapy session, and to offer an avenue for families to share and receive support from other families who are going through the same experience and how they can support clients in the recovery process. The Halfway House program has reduced incidences of relapse by also providing recovery drug users with skills ls, a support system, and referral to Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) support groups.
